On April 23, 2011, in order to help the suppliers, who are the members of HQEW.net, find some excellent sales to expand their foreign markets, IBD (International Division) of HQEW.net held the job fair for them. Although this fair was held by HQEW.net for the first time, it was really quite successful that both the sales and suppliers were very satisfied with it.
On that day, on the one hand, many interviewees who are good at international business came to HQEW.net, F/r 7, 2# Building, Huaqiang Holdings Group. On the other hand, the representatives of some companies, such as, Shuangzhi (HK) Electronic Co., Limited, Shenzhen Honton Electronics Technology Co., Limited and so on, had paid a visit to our company as well. The interview of this fair mainly contains several parts, such as, group interview and one to one interview. In the group interview, the interviewees should display themselves to all interviewers. And then, the representatives of the suppliers would pick out their favorite interviewees to interview them separately. This fair held very successfully and after the rounds of interviews, both interviewers and interviewees showed their satisfaction to this fair as well as our company.
Keeping the faith, “customers first”, in mind, IBD of HQEW.net held this job fair to help suppliers in HQEW.net find the excellent sales and further promote the development of their international business. It is turned out that both interviewers and interviewees were quite satisfied with this movement and they hoped this movement would be held further in the future. Meanwhile, HQEW.net was so happy for the ending and expressed that the company would continue to concern for the customers and chair this kind of movement henceforward.

At present, quite an amount of companies directors reflect that it is very difficult for them to find some excellent sales, which would influence the development of their business and impede them to exploit oversea markets. However, the oversea markets are quite potential and any company, who intends to develop its company further, should pay enough attention to these markets. Nevertheless, although many companies realize the potential oversea markets, they could not find some great sales, which is really a big trouble for them to go forward. Therefore, in order to help suppliers in HQEW.net to handle this predicament, IBD of HQEW.net held its first job fair to try to recruit some capable sales for them.
